How are you? Skipper is aware my name is missing from the Ship's Company List. Hopefully, my name will be included in future re-prints and paperback version. Tried to email you but my PC didn't recognize your email address. Still owe you 200 B&H you gave me after you picked me up.
Regards Lee Thorne
You might add HMS Hydra to the list of ships involved - with a link to the history I have written at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Hydra_(A144).
Secondly, I'd like to contact Leading Cook Steve Potts - any help would be appreciated.

Dear Sirs:
I work at Cape Fear Museum of History and Science in Wilmington, North Carolina. Recently, a local gentleman, David Carnell (retired US Navy officer and former president of Wilmington's Navy League) donated a small wooden plaque with your ship's crest.
Do any of you recall the Coventry visiting Wilmington? If so, would you be kind enough to contact me with information such as the dates of the visit, the intinerary, your impressions, etc.
I would be most appreciative to be able to better document this object now in our collection.
This site is extremely helpful for getting the history.
Sincerely,
Terri Hudgins

Jerry, try +350 74879, thatโs the number listed for Rowell RJ at www.gibyellow.gi I can't find a listing for the Traf Bar he and Tommy used to (still do?) run.
For Andy Rowland,
The Skipper put a message on the site a while ago, I think it's currently on page 32 (from last October). You should be able to email him via that.

Hello,
Just stumbled across the website. My dad, Paul Plumridge, was the DMEO on the Coventry during the Falklands.
You may be saddened to know that dad passed away 9 years ago this July.
Adam
I am currently writing a Falklands timeline for the RNA (10 Area) website. If anyone has any photos or memories they would wish to share, I would be grateful. I'm particularly looking for people's thoughts and feelings, rather than the rather "broader" picture painted by the history books.
James
Jerry,
Bob Rowell and me are coming over to the reunion, we're looking forward to seeing alot of 'old' faces there.
I apologise now to all the people who I fail to recognise.
Looking forward to seeing you all.
Tom.
Can anyone help.
How do you contact the Skipper?
Got the book today and back on the missing list, which caused my Mum & Dad so much heartache last time.
Cheers
Tiny

I received the skipper's book yesterday through Amazon and read half of it already and can't put it down. It's an outstanding read and has a lot of detail that I was not aware of. Strongly recommend this!!
