Cannot make the reunion this year but will do eventually. There's a couple of photo's of H.M.S. Coventry in the R.S.L Club where I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Good to see a site at last. Hope all the old mates bought computers!
A Fine Web Site . Its good to see other sites for other ships that served in 82. The photos of her going down are a sad site indeed. Good luck with the reunion.
Best Regards
Johno (Ex HMS Sheffield)
Well done, the site is brilliant.
We are no longer the forgotten ship.
Thankyou.
An excellent web site, it is good to find a site up and running dedicated to HMS Coventry - D118. Hopefully the site will stand the test of time, and bring together Coventry's ships company of past.
I served aboard her prior to, and during the Falkland's and hopefully I will be able to pass on some of the few photographs that remain from my time as one of the 'Ships Company'.
Well done Damien.
