Following my recent email in regards to our forthcoming reunion I have heard from B Bernadette Irvine that her husband David Charles Irvine , Lt Cdr (RN Retd) had sadly passed away 7th October 2018, aged 77. I see from our records that David and Bernadette lived in Hobart, Tasmania. “Sir, Stand down, your duty is done. May you rest in peace”
