Hi Andrew hope you are well. I remember the bike ride to Coventry well for the wrong reasons. I had just completed the inter service marathon with PTI john Haynes. I thought it would be a piece of cake after that. WRONG it was a nightmare my backside felt like it had been stung by a thousand wasps. Happy days.
