Saw entry from Steve Woolham, would that be "Ginge" Woolham.Still have the photo taken from the weekend we had in Coventry, visited the Wallace Pub few years ago with a friend who had worked there as a barmaid. Do you remember that weekend or the photo?

Have spoken to Tony Reece and Dinger Bell(POWEM Bell) recently and still see Perry Mason a couple of times a year. Have you seen or keep in touch with anybody?

Live up North now since leaving mob sadly don't get to any reunions any more.

Often think about what people from 3P Mess are doing.

Nice to see another name I recognise.

Bit late for Happy New Year but best wishes to all ex Cov and their families

Happy New Year one and all – reading the e-mails brings back many names from the past (I remember Billy Barnham, I was his Bosuns Mate for a couple of months) and of course Jack Daniels; anyone know what happened to Jack Warner (Real name Mick)? If my memory serves me right he left the ship end of 81 after Germany etc & prior to our deploying to the Med for Ex Spring Train; also Clive Dunn, Rod Hasler, Smudge (Brian) Smith, Chippy Chipperfield, Eddie Campbell, Joe O’Driscoll – who remembers the ‘The Casual Onlookers’; any one in touch or in the know?

Jack, to my knowledge Knocker did return from Honky Fid in 80, he returned to the ship via a short stop over in Gib; if my temporary once again serves me right – something to do with cars comes to mind but I can not recall why???

The latest e-mail reveals that he is safe and well still deploying East of Suez - South West from the Tsunami, bound for Burma!

Best wishes shippers – see you lot in May!

Paul
